Frequently Asked Questions  What are the shipping costs? Shipping charges are a flat fee of $10.90 per carton. Where are the cigarettes manufactured? The cigarettes are manufactured in Europe or Russia.  None of the cigarettes are made in the Phillipines or Far East. All of the cigarettes we offer are made by or under the license & authority of the original manufacturer. How long will it take to receive my order? The delivery timeframe for all products is 17-30 days. Average delivery is 20 days. If you order more than one carton you may not receive all the cartons on the same day. All orders are delivered by registered mail.  Please see the Delivery page for more information.   What countries do you deliver to? SAVE ON CIGARETTES SHIPS TO THE USA & CANADA ONLY. THERE IS A 5 CARTON LIMIT PER ORDER FOR ORDERS PLACED FOR DELIVERY TO CANADA. What is your refund/return policy? Refunds/returns are within 30 days of purchase. A 15% restocking fee may apply to orders that are returned that are not due to an error on our part. Is the resale of this product legal? No, duty free products are not legal for resale.
